Rules & Regulations – Neemrana’s Glasshouse on the Ganges

• As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you. 
• For weddings & other large functions, 80% of the approximate total billing is to be paid 40 days in advance in order to confirm the booking.
• Personal food and beverages are strictly not permitted in the hotel premises.
• Children up to 8 years are complimentary, irrespective of the room plan.
• Children between 8 and 12 years are charged 50% of the meal rate, with breakfast at Rs 550 plus tax and dinner at Rs 1,000 plus tax.
• 12 years and above with an extra bed are charged at the full adult rate, at Rs 2,200 plus tax and Rs 4,000 plus tax.
• Hookahs and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the hotel.
• Pet Policy: Dogs and cats (under 45 kg, house-trained, and with valid vaccinations) are welcome only in the Sunbird room & Woodpecker. A cleaning and service fee of Rs. 3,000 per stay will apply to ensure proper removal of pet dander and hair for the comfort of future guests, along with a refundable Rs. 1,500 security deposit at check-in. Additional charges may apply for any extensive cleaning or damage. Pet meals may be arranged on request at Rs. 500 (one portion of rice and one portion of chicken). Guests must inform our reservations team at the time of booking if they plan to bring a pet. In the absence of prior information, the General Manager reserves the right to allow or deny entry at check-in. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in public areas of the property, including the dining spaces, bar, and other recreational rooms.
• The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
• In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest who made the booking and Neemrana Hotels will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
• The properties can be chartered for an exclusive wedding/celebrations or any other event @ Rs. 2,50,000  (taxes extra) in addition to the room costs.
• Area blocking charges for exclusive lunches or dinners are between Rs. 35,000/- and Rs. 75,000/-, depending on the strength of the group (taxes extra).
• Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on prior notice.
• Breakfast and evening tea are included in the room rent.
• Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m., lunch from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. and dinner from 8  to 10 p.m.
• We have a Mandatory Gala Dinner for Christmas Eve, 24th December @ Rs. 3,500/- (for adults) and Rs. 1,750/- (for children till 10 years). (inclusive of taxes)
• We have a Mandatory Gala Dinner for New Year's Eve, 31st December @ Rs. 4,500/- (for adults) and Rs. 2,250/- (for children till 10 years). (inclusive of taxes)

• Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
• All prices mentioned regarding rooms, meals, services and other facilities are exclusive of taxes. CGST and SGST rates as per the GST Act and GST Rules & Regulations will be levied on the corresponding services availed at the properties. All taxes are subject to change as per the Government regulations from time to time.
